Announcing PHS 2020 Realtor® Roundtable
PowerHouse SMART® is proud to announce the 2020 PHS Realtor® Roundtable comprised of top-producing Realtors®, who are leaders in business and community. Each agent believes in building relationships through networking which means giving without the expectation of something in return. These Realtors® will collaborate with luxury design and construction industry business owners, residential and commercial, in the Midwest to mutually improve and grow business.
Why A Real Estate Roundtable?
The real estate world is trending toward technology but those that build and maintain their in-person relationships are proving to be more successful. A productive Realtor® seeks to build relationships with not only clients/customers – buyers and sellers – but with other industry professionals such as lenders, contractors, designers, landscape architects, and developers all the way to pest control specialists and plumbers. These relationships are used as referrals and sources of knowledge to assist their customers as wells as other pros in the industry. The more solutions to home buying/selling, development and lending a Realtor® has in their arsenal, the more valuable they are as a resource for others. Think about it – the Realtor® is the starting block of any type of residential or commercial project.
The PHS 2020 Realtor® Roundtable Member Criteria
Each of the selected leaders for the 2020 PHS Realtor® Roundtable was hand-selected based on the following (and more):
- Minimum real estate sales volume ($10M) and number of (10) transactions in 2019
- A desire to mentor and lead others on the value of relationship building
- Experience in collaborating with industry professionals in the luxury design build industry
The Role of the 2020 Realtor® Roundtable in the PowerHouse SMART Community
Leaders in real estate chosen as members of the 2020 Realtor® Roundtable will serve a one-year term beginning December, 2019 and will participate in three Realtor® Roundtable Virtual Meetings throughout the year. These online meetings will be held as networking and brain-storming sessions where fresh ideas will be shared and common industry problems discussed. Roundtable members will also be attending PHS events throughout the 2020 Calendar of Events, the community has over 30 events annually from smaller Coffee Meet & Greets to larger monthly Builder/Architect/ Hard-Hat Project Tours + Happy Hour Networking and Educational CEU’s and more.
Stellar Real Estate Agents Attend PHS Luxury Conference 2020
Our 2020 Realtor® Roundtable members will be announced and introduced during the PHS Luxury Conference 2020 on February 5, 2020 at theMART in Chicago. One PHS Realtor® Roundtable Leader will attend each PHS LC PowerConnection™ Lunch to share their insights and experience with industry attendees on the best ways to network and build valuable relationships with Realtors®.
Each PowerConnection™ Lunch will be held in a different showroom at theMART during the PHS Luxury Conference 2020. Conference attendees will be put into hand-selected lunch groups (ideally one trade represented per lunch) to facilitate optimal networking. Every lunch participant is afforded time to introduce themselves, their business and share about their ideal client plus any business struggles they may be up against.
